Victoria, I believe that the title "Coversation" is a play on words by The Cove & no correction really is needed. Come & enjoy the food though, it is fantastic! I just hope there aren't any typos in this comment :)

I have read everything on your site, and I can't wait to try your restaurant. It sounds just wonderful. I would like to make a "constructive" suggestion.

You may want to add an "n" to the title of your section named "COVERSATION." I think you do mean "CONVERSATION."

Best Regards,

Victoria

Seriously, if you like great food, excellent drinks and wine with a family atmosphere, the Cove Trattoria is the place. The price is average for Scottsdale - the food taste is mouth watering, I can't say enough about the lobster ravioli. The best part for money pinchers like myself, get on the email list. The happy hour specials and monthly events just make the Cove Trattoria my go to place when we are in Scottsdale. Darryl and Chef Vinney as with all the staff; do an outstanding job and making every customer feel welcome. Highly recommended

I've been going to The Cove on a regular basis for a couple of years now cannot say enough positive things about these guys. Great food, great prices, great ambiance, and great staff! Definitely a 'family' feel when you're at The Cove, but it's also very appropriate to bring business clients in, too. I highly recommend the perfect pizza for lunch. Here's to many more fabulous meals...Slainte!

I have lunch a couple of times a week from the Cove and each entree I order is fresh and well prepared. I have never had a bad experience with any lunch. Keep up the good work!

I visited The Cove Trattoria for their 1st Thursday's Tastings with a friend yesterday. We were pleasantly surprised with the turn out, it was packed!! The tasting selection was amazing, we ended up staying for hours enjoying the bubbles. I ordered garlic shrimp, the flavor was to die for and my friend ordered the antipasto platter!! I can't wait to go back!!

I've been to The Cove Trattoria many times over the years and have never been disappointed with the food or service. I also bring all my friends from out of town in and they always love the food. The best is when I come in and the staff always greets me by name, there are not very many places like that anymore.

Great food and always a good wine list. And don't forget the incredible Mozzarella Tower. But it's the atmosphere created by the staff that sets The Cove Trattoria apart!

The Cove is a fabulous place! The atmosphere is fun and relaxed, the service is great and the food is excellent! The pizza is filled with flavor, the sausage and caramelized onion is my favorite, the pastas have a warm taste, and the salads are all fresh! Not to mention the extended wine and drink list offering something for all tastes. I recommend The Cove to everyone.

I ate at The Cove and LOVED it...not only was the food amazing (I had the Artichoke Pizza), but the sangria was even more amazing! I frequently order sangria at most restaurants I go to, and honestly The Cove's homemade sangria was the best I've had yet. I hope to go back soon for more!
